Arabian Music

Arab music tradition is believed to have existed since the 3rd century. Cultural music is a fusion of musical traditions in the Persian Sassanid dynasty (224-641), the musical tradition of the early Byzantine empire (the beginning of the 4th century until the 6th century), and the religious songs of the Arabian Peninsula.
Various writing music (scores) has been discovered after the development of Islam in Arabia, which since the time of the Umayyad dynasty in the 7th century. Their peak during the reign of Harun al-Rashid (766-809) in Baghdad, Iraq. He is known as the protector of Arab art music tradition. Famous music theorist who is Al-Farabi (900-950) and Avicenna (980-1037).
